Don’t skip breakfast
Imagine that your metabolism is just like the sun… It rises slowly in the morning and if you don’t help him shine, you will have a gloomy, rainy day – no energy, dizziness and a staggering hunger.
By lunch, you will be so hungry and your insulin level (the hormone adjusting the sugar in your blood and your cravings for junk food) will be so low that you will grab (most probably) something fattening or with loads of sugar making your condition worse.
On the long term, if this skipping-breakfast-eating-junk will become a habit, you could be at risk of developing diabetes or a type of heart disease.
So, eat your breakfast daily and you will be thinner than the ones who skip breakfast – the latest researches proved it!
For a healthy glowing body, eat muesli with your favorite fruit, agave syrup (less calories, no sugar), flax seeds, sunflower seeds, nuts and Greek yoghurt (it has loads of protein).
